Ocean Observation Network
Coastal communities and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) are disproportionately vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, including ocean acidification, sea level rise, and deteriorating water quality. Establishing an ocean observation network is critical for monitoring these changes and informing adaptation strategies. We are building and deploying a network of ocean observation instruments to assess the effects of climate change on marine ecosystems and coastal communities.
